Galomki - Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. rice, cooked and cooled
    salt and pepper to taste
    medium head cabbage, parboiled to loosen leaves
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 to 3/4 can water
Preparation
    Separate cabbage leaves.
    Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place large spoonful of meat mixture in center of cabbage leaf and roll into a packet.
    Repeat process until meat mixture is gone. Place rolls in a roasting pan.
    Mix tomato soup with 1/2 to 3/4 can of water.
    Pour over rolls.
    Cover pan with lid or foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
