Easy Stuffed Ahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ahi, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 small can crabmeat
    grated almonds
Preparation
    Fry ahi just long enough to lightly brown it.
    Place in a large microwavable casserole or serving platter.
    Spread mushroom soup over it and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Then spread cheese over all and microwave 3 more minutes.
