Cheddar Topped Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. hot water
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft Deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper or black pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Whisk water and cheese sauce from pouch in box and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Stir in dry pasta and 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese. Cover dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes and remove from oven; stir in sour cream. Mix together 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
