Kiwi Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 kiwi fruit
    6 c. sugar
    2 pkg. liquid pectin
Preparation
    Peel and crush kiwi.
    In large pan, combine fruit and sugar; stir well.
    Bring to a full, rolling boil.
    Add both pectin packages.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Skim foam off top.
    Put into hot jars. Makes 10 (4 ounce) jars.
