Sweet-Tang Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    olive oil
    broccoli
    small-medium onion
    1/3 c. white wine
    mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. honey or 2 Tbsp.
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    kale
    1/2 tsp. ground rosemary or more
    1/3 c. white wine
    tamari or soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok.
    Add garlic, then broccoli and onion.
    Stir and cook for a couple of minutes.
    Add 1/3 cup wine and mushrooms; cook a minute.
    Add honey and sesame seed.
    Add torn up kale and remaining wine.
    Add rosemary and a couple of dashes of tamari. Cover and simmer until kale is tender.
    Stir and serve over Quinoa or rice.
