Barbecue Ribs And Sauce - cooking recipe

vinegar
seasoning salt
tenderizer
3 medium chopped onions
2 chopped green peppers
6 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 c. catsup
1 c. tomato sauce
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. mustard
4 garlic buds
2 cubes margarine
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
To make thinner, add 1 or 2 cups water.
Brush sauce on ribs when they are almost desired tenderness.
Allow to continue cooking for a short time, turning frequently to prevent burning.
