Cherry Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker crusts
8 oz. cream cheese
pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. prepared fruit topping
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add salt and sugar and mix well.
Blend in milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Beat in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and chill for several hours or overnight. Put cherries or favorite fruit on top.
Makes 2 shallow or 1 deep dish pie.
