Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 green pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
12 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
10 oz. applesauce
salt and pepper
3/4 c. cheese
Preparation
-
Stir first 4 ingredients together 15 minutes on low heat.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat.
Stir often, adding more water if needed.
Brown and drain hamburger and/or sausage; add to sauce if desired.
