Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrot, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 small potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
2 chicken cubes
1/4 c. butter
2 c. water
4 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
cornstarch
Preparation

Boil together all ingredients until tender (15 minutes).
Add milk and bring to a boil.
Thicken with cornstarch mixed with milk.
Turn heat to low.
Add Velveeta cheese.
Stir until melted.
