Yam Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. oatmeal, instant cinnamon and spice
    1 lg. can yams
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Pour milk over oatmeal and let sit.
    Mix all other ingredients together, mashing potatoes.
    Blend with oatmeal mixture.
    Pour into slightly greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows and chopped pecans.
    Bake until marshmallows melt.
