Betty Ann'S Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cored cabbage, cooked until soft
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cooked rice
1 small can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. water
sauerkraut (optional)
1 egg
Preparation

Mix hamburger, egg and rice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons tomato sauce.
Put a spoonful in each cabbage leaf.
Roll leaf around meat tightly and secure with wooden toothpicks.
Put cabbage rolls on rack in pressure cooker.
Pour rest of tomato sauce over rolls.
Mix brown sugar, vinegar and water; pour over rolls.
Cook 10 minutes in pressure cooker or 1 1/2 hours without pressure.
After done, add sauerkraut, if desired.
Simmer 10 minutes.
