Lamb Chop Cucumber Soup(Approved Ulcer Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean lamb chops, trim fat
2 scallions
2 c. pork or chicken stock
1 cucumber
16 oz. pkg. any type small macaroni
16 oz. dry green split peas
11 oz. pkg. pearl barley
16 oz. pkg. lentils
2 c. long grain rice
1/4 c. dried parsley flakes
3 Tbsp. oregano leaves
3 oz. dried minced onion
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and put in airtight container.
Label and store in cool, dry place.
Yield:
16 cups dry mix (1 gallon).
