Stuffed Celery Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. pecans, finely ground
1/3 c. finely chopped dates
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
4 long celery ribs
Preparation

Blend cream cheese with milk, pecans, dates and ginger. Fill celery with cheese mixture, cut each stalk
into
two
or three pieces.
Chill; serve on tray as
salad
or
appetizer. Yields 1/2 cup.
