Lemon Lush Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. ground pecans
2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation

Mix margarine, flour and ground pecans together.
Press into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool.
Mix sugar, half of Cool Whip and cream cheese together.
Mix pudding and milk until thick and pour over cream mixture.
Put in refrigerator.
When set, cover with remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle top with ground pecans.
