Mom'S Rhubarb Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rhubarb
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put rhubarb, 1/2 cup sugar and flour in crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and eggs; pour on top of rhubarb and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until knife comes out clean from center of pie.
    Mix together sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Spread on hot pie, then bake for about 10 minutes to set sour cream.
    Cool completely before cutting.
