Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil
    3 diced onions
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    3 small cans tomato paste
    3 cans tomato sauce
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    Italian spices (dry) to taste
    3/4 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix oil and onions in frying pan; cook until soft, but not brown. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients; simmer until warmed, then add cooked meat. Simmer at least 2 hours. For thicker sauce, cook longer. Cook low and stir often. Do not cover while cooking.
