Zucchini Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

6 c. zucchini, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, beaten stiff but not dry
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place zucchini and onion in well-buttered 2-quart casserole. In a large bowl mix the sour cream, flour and egg yolks.
Fold in the egg whites.
Pour this mixture over the seasoned vegetables and top with the grated cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
