Egg And Vinegar Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend flour and Crisco until crumbs are size of tiny peas. Add all other ingredients and mix.
    Let mixture rest at least 20 minutes; very important!
    Divide and roll into crusts.
    Makes about 5 or 6.
