Pork Chops Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thin to medium cut pork chops
    2 (8 oz.) cans Mexicorn
    1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Pour Mexicorn on top (including liquid); cover skillet and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Place one tomato on top of corn (per chop) and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
    Great one dish meal.
