Chicken In The Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper
    6 medium potatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Place oleo in bottom of crock-pot.
    Add cut-up fryer, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes, bell pepper and onion.
    Pour soup over mixture.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
    Place lid on crock-pot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours.
