Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients. Add apples last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Leave cake in pan after baking, or turn out on plate.
    Punch knife holes in cake and ice it.
