Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Mix everything together, except soup and water.
    Make balls at least 2 inches in diameter.
    Place in baking dish.
    Pour soup and water over it.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for one and one-half hours. Serves 4 to 6 people.
