Herbed Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 extra large potatoes, cleaned and diced with skin
    olive oil
    pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt, rosemary and thyme to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brush large baking dish with olive oil.
    Add diced potatoes. Sprinkle with spices.
    Add onion and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
