Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks or crushed, drained (reserve juice)
    2 c. grated cheese (more if desired)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Pour pineapple into casserole dish and cover with grated cheese.
    Mix juice (about half of amount saved) from pineapple with flour and sugar. Pour over pineapple and cheese.
    Mix melted margarine and cracker crumbs and top casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
