Pavlova (Meringue) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
    whipped cream
    sliced fresh fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, bananas, peaches, etc.
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Beat on high for 2 minutes.
    Add boiling water and beat on high for 7 minutes.
    Mixture will be stiff and form a peak.
    Put foil on baking sheet or bottom side of a round tin (9-inch size).
    Put oil on foil and spread to edge. Spread meringue mixture from center to edge.
    Bake in slow oven, 300\u00b0, for 1 hour exactly.
    When cool, peel foil from bottom and place on dish.
    Cover with whipped cream.
    Add sliced fruit.
