Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can beef consomme
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. sour cream
4 c. hot cooked noodles
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in butter. Stir in flour.
Add mushrooms, soup, consomme, ketchup and seasoning. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through.
Serve over cooked noodles.
