Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Combine sausage, cheese, biscuit mix and water in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
