Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, Crisco, salt and sugar until crumbly. Beat water, egg and vinegar and add to flour mixture.
    Makes 7 to 8 pie crusts.
