Rock-N-Horse Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium red pepper, diced
    1 medium yellow pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. tomatillos, boiled until soft, then crushed
    10 oz. diced tomatoes and green chilies (fresh or canned)
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomato wedges, halved
    10 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
    1 large Vidalia, diced
    1 medium leek, chopped
    1 dried red chili pepper, diced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sliced jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    5 hot banana peppers, diced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Makes 1 gallon.
