Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork loin, cut in thin strips
    cooking spray
    pineapple juice drained from 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
    pineapple chunks
    steamed rice
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat from lean pork loin; cut pork in thin strips.
    Saute in pan sprayed with cooking spray until golden brown.
    Combine next 6 ingredients.
    Place in glass jar and shake until well mixed.
    Pour into pan and cook until the sauce is clear and slightly thickened.
    Add the meat.
    Cook over low heat for about 1 hour.
    About 5 minutes before serving, add the green pepper, onion and pineapple chunks.
    Serve over rice.
