Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Into a large bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
    Mix at low speed, adding 2 cups hot water (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0) into the dry ingredients.
    Add Crisco also.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add 1 cup flour and beat 2 more minutes.
    With a spoon, mix in the rest of the flour and knead until smooth.
    Let rise until doubled. Make into buns and bake at 375\u00b0.
