Apple Crunch Salad(Sugar Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. strawberry Jell-O (sugar free)
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. peeled, chopped apple
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over Jell-O, stir until dissolved.
    Add apple juice and cinnamon.
    Place in refrigerator until slightly jelled, then add rest of chopped ingredients.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
