Corn Dogs(By Flora Edwards) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
dry hot dogs

Preparation

Mix first six ingredients into batter.
Cover hot dogs and drop in hot deep oil.
Cook until brown or done to taste.
(Chop up onions and mix in the batter for hush puppies.
If batter is too thin, add more meal.)
