Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters (cleaned)
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Stir melted butter into the cracker crumbs.
    Put a thin layer in bottom of
    buttered
    baking dish.
    Cover with oysters and sprinkle with salt and
    pepper.
    Add half oyster juice and milk. Repeat and cover top with remaining crumbs.
