Ketchup-Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat butter; add white and brown sugar.
Beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in creamed mixture with ketchup.
Fold in raisins and nuts.
Drop by heaping teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are brown.
Brush with lemon glaze while warm.
