Fresh Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) plain low or nonfat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
    Add next 5 ingredients and process until well mixed.
    Place mixture in bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
