14 Carat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, salad oil and eggs. Mix well. Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut. Blend thoroughly. Pour into 3 (9-inch) round greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn out and cool thoroughly. Fill and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
