Potato Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz cheese spread
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except processed cheese spread in 2-quart glass casserole.
    Microwave covered on High 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in Cheez Whiz until melted.
    Microwave uncovered on High, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes until desired consistency.
