Vermicelli With Lemony Green Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    4 c. mixed bite size pieces green vegetables: asparagus, broccoli, Chinese pea pods, green beans and zucchini
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook vermicelli as directed on package.
    Drain.
    While vermicelli is cooking, cook vegetables in butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 7 minutes, stirring frequently until crisp-tender.
    Toss with lemon peel.
    Remove vegetables and keep warm.
