Chicken Ala Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    3/4 c. rice (not instant)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 soups cans water or chicken broth
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Mix soups with the water or broth.
    Cover the bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish with the rice.
    Lay chicken pieces over rice. Cover with the mixture of soups and water or broth.
    Dot with the chopped pimento.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
