Quick And Simple Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    2 cans Campbell's vegetable soup
    1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
    instant potatoes
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, then run under hot water in colander for 30 seconds; set aside.
    Prepare potatoes following directions for 6 helpings, then set aside.
    In large cast-iron skillet, dump hamburger meat, chopped onion, corn and vegetable soup.
    Top with mashed potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
