Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    4 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Layer the vegetables in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Accent; sprinkle dry ingredients over each layer.
    Put Mozzarella cheese over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This is great; it resembles a pizza taste.
