Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. jam
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Beat eggs separately.
    Add to sugar mixture.
    Add flour and buttermilk alternately.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 3 round 9-inch cake pans until done. Cool.
