Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped chives
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
    2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and season to taste.
    Add tomato sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Blend together sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and chives.
