Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger meat
2 cans drained hominy
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel or picante sauce
2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Grease casserole.
Put hominy and meat in dish.
Cook soups, cheese and hot sauce over low heat stirring constantly until soups are hot and cheese melts.
Pour over hominy and meat.
Cover with Fritos or Doritos, crushed.
Put in 350\u00b0 oven and heat until bubbles.
