Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk (12 oz.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Mix condensed milk with water to make 1 quart.
    Add sugar and rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1` 1/2 hours; stir every 15 minutes.
