Baked Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 6 chicken breasts, skinned
2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
2 sticks butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter.
Dip chicken in the melted butter and then roll in the cracker crumbs.
Line baking dish with aluminum foil. Place chicken in pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake for about 45 minutes or an hour at 350\u00b0.
