Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green chiles
10 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Grease a pie pan.
Drain chiles and spread on the bottom of the pan.
Cover with the shredded cheese.
Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 23 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
