Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. salt
    approximately 2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl.
    Stir in egg yolks and enough water to make a stiff dough.
    Knead it on a floured board for 1 minute.
    Roll out dough until thin.
    Cut into strips with a pizza cutter.
    Drop noodles into 2 quarts boiling chicken broth; cook until tender.
