Beef And Tomato Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef
    1 3/4 c. (14 oz. can) stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/3 c. thinly sliced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef; cut into 1/2 x 1/8 x 2-inch strips. Drain tomatoes;
    reserve\tliquid.
    Combine tomato liquid, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch and sugar; mix well.
    Stir-fry beef in hot
    oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat;\tremove meat.
    Add green pepper and onion to skillet; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add beef,
    stewed
    tomatoes
    and
    tomato
    mixture to skillet.
    Stir. Cover.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Makes 5 cups.
